Responsibilities
Sales Recruitment
Prospecting and pursing prospects via phone and email: During the recruitment periods of an Xchange program(s), the primary responsibility is outgoing calls to identify client development opportunities
Identifying client needs and interests, inquiring about details of current initiatives
Collecting participation agreements (contracts) from clients to utilize VerticalXchange services
Client Retention & Relationship Management
Work closely with client to manage expectations of Xchange preparation
Ensure that all aspects of our services and processes run smooth for the client
Assist with the matching process and preparation
Travel Expectations (National – Continental United States)
Travel to industry events as necessary to meet with clients
Drive and fly to client locations for in-person sales meetings
Attend the Xchange(s) with the event team
Preferred QualificationsEducation/Background
Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, or marketing
Genuine interest in the profession of sales
Teamwork/Team Player skills
Thrive in a team environment and work well with others
Enjoy working as a team member as well as independently

ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
Comfortable working across teams and communicating with clients
Bookkeeping experience, familiarity with accounting practices
Experience with CRM systems, events, or administrative operations is a plus
Some job responsibilities include
Manage attendee data, registrations, profiles, and meeting schedules
Coordinate pre-event logistics including travel, communications, and materials
Assist with matching and scheduling 1:1 meetings between participants
Support onsite event execution, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees
Track expenses, assist with invoicing, and coordinate with accounting
Maintain sales and CRM data, produce reports, and support team reporting needs
